Day 394

Contrary to what the pictures may show, only about half my day was spent like this. Poor monkey 2 woke up with a nice fever and so most the morning was spent snuggling. After nap time, his fever broke and since it was (finally) nice and warm outside, we went for a walk and played around. Just wore my gym shirt (came free with membership) and black leggings. In the second picture, I don't think we could have snuggled any closer. I love my little guy!

Day 393

So the hubby was taking pics while I was talking to monkey 1 about bed time, so I took a face picture too. And since I didn't have my shoes on anymore, I took a picture of those too.

I'll be honest. I didn't have the hubby take a picture of me today, because I was too busy attacking my house with baking soda, a vacuum, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, windex, Lysol disinfectant wipes, rags and scrub brushes. Good news, haven't seen a flea since and I can see the carpet in front of my closet for the first time in probably a year! 

Day 390

Finally back to it. Monkey 1 picked out my clothes again. He really likes my "heart shirt". He was getting a look because he was drinking from is brothers cup when he knew better.

Went to my parents for my oldest sons bday. 

Day 380

Happy St Patrick's Day! I let monkey 1 pick out my clothes and I must say, he did a wonderful job! I told him what today was and the we wear green and clovers and I ended up with my Kermit the frog shirt and clover pj pants. 

Day 379

Bit of an emotional (in an over whelming way) day, so the pics aren't too much about my clothes since I forgot to have the hubbub take a pic before I put my pjs on. I'll just use some of the ones I took today. 

Day 378

Monkey 1 picked out the clothes again. I'll be honest, I think he was being lazy and just wanted to get me dressed in a hurry so we could head out to see his grandparents. I am a steelers fan, but support my hubby by wearing colts stuff too. The jeans were on the floor, so that's what he picked first. The shoes were the same ones as yesterday. The second pic my hubby said I had to use, because he took them and he likes that one. 

Day 377

Let monkey 1 pick out my clothes and shoes again today. Must say I was incredibly comfy too! Nothing like a nice pair of baggy BCBG yoga pants (about 3 years old), an old $3 shirt from tjmaxx (2 years old) and deck shoes from old navy (got them about (3 months ago now). It may not be the most flattering outfit, but I was very comfy. 

Day 376 part 2

I was reminded by one of my sisters that this blog is about what I wear and not the cute clothes my cute baby gets to wear. So I'll get back to that. Monkey 1 picked out my clothes and boots again today. He picked the same shirt he had me west yesterday. The first pair of pants aren't picture because I never wore them out of the house. I put on the pair that are in this picture. He caught me changing and heartbrokenly said, "I picked out those pants for you." I told him about how it was raining out and that these would be a bit better. He smiled and agreed with me. The boots of course are because it was raining. 

Day 376 part 1

Sadly this is the last item in the box. 😔 But look how cute she is! I'm not a big fan of overalls, but she looks incredibly cute in these! They are also somewhat lined for what I'm guessing is a little extra warmth for floor and tummy time. I have to once again give a HUGE thank you to BabyBgosh for all the adorable clothes and bear! 

Day 375 part 2

I'm going to type all of this this time. Don't really want what happened last time to happen again. The onesie and Jean jacket also came in the box from BabyBgosh and my little girl (I think) looks adorable!

Day 375 part 1

This one isn't really about my clothes or my kids in their clothes, but it is about being comfy. 

When I was about 4 or 5 my mom would buy me a pack of Lifesavers for every week that I did not bite my nails. I really haven't bitten my nails since then. Even while growing up I was kind of known for having long nails. So after cutting my kids nails I decide to cut my own like I did theirs. And in my opinion the results are horrific! 

I can hardly button shirts or open a package of fruit snacks without hurting my fingers. I feel completely handicapped like this! If I get food caught my teeth I have to run to the bathroom for floss instead of just using my nails. For me it's tragic and I really don't see how people get by like this. My hands look so foreign to me, my fingers short and fat and like looking at someone else's hands. So here's hoping to a quick nail growth and lots of calcium to help!

Day 374

I have been waiting for about 5 months to do this! When I was pregnant, BabyBgosh sent me a box of this for my unborn baby. 

Now she finally fits into them! They also sent the little bear too this is adorable! So instead of a picture of me, here is a picture of my cute little girl in the beautiful red dress (her great grandma would LOVE the red)!

Monkey 2 has been a punk all day because he isn't feeling good. Also, because he doesn't feel good, we didn't go anywhere today. Just lots of snuggles.

Took the day off the just be a family. We needed extra family time today and we got it.

Monkey 1 picked the shirt because, " it has a heart and a i". The shoes he didn't say.

I let him pick out clothe and shoes again. He also picked out a hoodie because it's still cold out and boots because there's still snow outside.

Taking the day off due to having 3 kids and one of them being an almost 4 y/o. 

Day 365

Well today was a life lesson for me. They say "dress well, because you never know who you'll meet." Today I learned to not only dress well, but to shower, put deodorant on and bring my braces with me, because the hubby might not think we're just going to the airport and back home. Ya, we dropped my parents off at the airport and then went to two more places! Wearing a mostly clean hoodie, the shirt I slept in, work out pants and boots I put on to play in the snow. At least I got some cute pictures!

Day 364

Today I forgot to let my son pick out my clothes and decided to dress warmly after the snow storm we woke up to. Sorry it's a bit boring, but at least I stayed warm.
